Melissa Walsh Selected as "40 Under 40" Honoree by Investment News

I am thrilled to share that I have been selected by Investment News as a 40 Under 40 honoree! Congratulations to all the 2023 honorees listed here.

I remember first seeing this list when I started my career as an advisor, and feeling intimidated by the amazing people included on the pages. Not only were they successful financial advisors, but they were also great PEOPLE who were making meaningful contributions to their communities. When I started Clarity Financial Design, I knew that I had an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those I would serve- my clients, my family, and my community.

I took a risk by creating a firm focused on giving women a financial home for their whole selves. Here, the advice is both sharp and soft, informed but not intimidating. Helping people feel truly confident and informed about their financial circumstances still makes me smile every day. Most importantly, I am honored to sit with my clients on their best days and their worst days as a partner and friend that they can trust.

This profession has been a true gift for me. I’ve always dreamed of “changing the world” and am deeply grateful for the opportunities to contribute my talents to making finance a more welcoming place for all.

Finally, I did not get here on my own. Many thanks to my amazing support system- my best friend and biggest cheerleader Steve Walsh, my daughters, my family, mentors, mastermind groups, fellow board members, group texts, and dear friends.
